Validation Sprint — Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

1. Who we are

The Validation Sprint is a service of Manengo bv, Assestraat 11, 1790 Affligem, company number BE 0770.921.653, VAT BE 0770.921.653 ("Manengo", "we"). Contact: adriaan@manengo.be.

2. The service

A Validation Sprint tests market interest in your idea within a fixed period. The deliverables per tier are those listed on the sprint page at the time of ordering:

  • Pre — landing page on a MOP subfolder, basic assets, included ad budget of €100, a two-week live test, and a go/kill report.
  • Pro Sprint — everything in Pre, plus custom branding, your own domain, included ad budget of €250, campaign management during the two-week run, weekly reporting incl. cost-per-acquisition analysis, two 45-minute 1-to-1 sessions, and a go/kill advisory.
  • Continue — ongoing monthly campaign management after a sprint, invoiced monthly, cancellable monthly (see §8).
  • Custom — scope and price agreed in a separate written quote, which then prevails over conflicting clauses here.

3. No guarantee of results

You are purchasing a structured validation, not a commercial outcome. A result showing little or no market interest ("kill" advice) is a valid and complete performance of the service. We do not guarantee leads, sales, conversions, ad performance, or approval of campaigns by advertising platforms.

4. Price and payment

Prices are stated on the sprint page, excluding VAT for business customers and including VAT where sold to consumers. Payment is due in full, in advance, via the payment link. The sprint is scheduled after payment is received.

5. Ad budget and overage

Each tier includes the ad budget stated in §2, spent on the agreed advertising platform(s) at cost. Additional ad spend beyond the included budget is only incurred with your prior written approval (email suffices) and is invoiced at cost, without markup. Amounts already spent with an advertising platform are non-refundable.

6. Timeline and your cooperation

A sprint runs for two weeks from the agreed start date. The start date is agreed after payment and after we have received the inputs we ask for (e.g. a short brief, brand assets if any, access or approvals where needed). Delays caused by missing inputs or late feedback extend the timeline accordingly and do not constitute non-delivery on our part.

7. Refunds and cancellation

  • If we fail to provide the agreed deliverables, you are entitled to a refund of the undelivered portion, or — if nothing has been delivered — a full refund.
  • You may cancel free of charge before the agreed start date; amounts paid are refunded minus any costs already reasonably incurred at your request.
  • After the start date, work performed and ad budget spent are non-refundable; the remainder is refunded if you cancel.

8. Continue subscription

Continue is a monthly service (€490/month, ads billed at cost). It renews monthly and either party may cancel by written notice before the start of the next monthly period. No long-term commitment applies.

9. Consumers: right of withdrawal

If you order as a consumer (outside any trade or profession), you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. If you ask us to start within those 14 days, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that (a) if you withdraw during the sprint you owe a proportionate amount for what has been performed, and (b) the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed.

10. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the deliverables created specifically for you (landing page content, assets, reports) are yours. Our underlying tools, templates, frameworks and know-how remain ours and may be reused for other clients.

11. Data and confidentiality

Sign-ups and campaign data collected during your sprint belong to you; we hand them over at the end of the sprint and process them only to perform the service, in line with the GDPR. We treat your idea and brief as confidential. We may reference the sprint in anonymised form; named case studies only with your written consent.

12. Liability

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the sprint concerned. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit, lost data, or decisions you take based on validation results.

13. Law and disputes

Belgian law applies. Disputes are brought before the courts of the judicial district of Manengo bv's registered office; consumers may also rely on the courts designated by mandatory law.
