T-shirts — Terms & Returns

1. Who you are buying from

These T-shirts are sold by Vanessa van Oudheusden (Triple L) ("the seller"). The webshop runs on the MOP platform, operated by Manengo bv, Assestraat 11, 1790 Affligem, VAT BE 0770.921.653, which processes the payment on the seller's behalf. Questions about an order: vanessa@manengo.be.

2. The product

Hand-printed T-shirts on organic cotton, printed to order in the size and design you choose. Because each shirt is printed after you order it, small variations in print placement are normal and are not a defect.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown per shirt and include 21% VAT for consumers. Ordering several shirts applies a volume discount, shown in your cart before you pay. If you order as a business with a valid EU VAT number outside Belgium, VAT is reverse-charged and the amount you pay is shown for confirmation before you are sent to the payment page. Payment is handled by Mollie.

4. Delivery

We ask for your delivery address when you order. Shipping within Belgium is included in the price. Shirts are printed and shipped within 14 days of your order; if that is going to take longer, we tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer you normally have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from a distance purchase, without giving a reason. Return the shirt unworn, unwashed and undamaged and we refund the price within 14 days of receiving it. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or wrong.

Exception — personalised items. Under EU consumer law the withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. A design printed to order in your chosen size is a standard catalogue item and is covered by the withdrawal right; a shirt carrying custom text you supplied is not. If you are unsure which applies to your order, email us before ordering.

6. Faulty or wrong items

If a shirt arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email vanessa@manengo.be with a photo within a reasonable time. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund, including the delivery cost. This is your legal guarantee and is not affected by the withdrawal right above.

7. Your data

We keep your name, email, phone number and delivery address to fulfil your order, and your payment record for the period accounting rules require. We do not sell data. See the platform privacy policy for your GDPR rights, or email us to have your details removed once your order is complete.

8. Disputes

Belgian law applies. If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may use the Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be) before going to court.
