Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website or registering for our events, webinars, or learning tracks (free or paid), you agree to these Terms. MOP is operated by Manengo bv, Belgium (BE0770.921.653).

2. Services Provided

We offer online and offline activities, including free webinars, paid networking events, and paid learning tracks. Service descriptions, prices, and applicable terms are provided before purchase or registration.

3. Intellectual Property

All website and learning material content is owned by Manengo bv unless otherwise stated. “Pretotyping” is credited to Alberto Savoia.

4. Payment, Invoicing, and Refund Policy

Payments for paid services must be made in advance using our secure payment provider. An invoice will be sent to the billing information provided by you.

As these are services, there is no physical product to return. Cancellations for paid events or tracks must be made at least 7 days before the start date to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after this period, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

5. Support Credits

Some paid learning tracks let you purchase optional Support Credits — 15-minute blocks of our time for review, unblocking, or a quick fix, priced as stated at checkout. Support Credits do not expire but are only redeemable while the related learning track remains available. A Support Credit is non-refundable once used; unused credits follow the same cancellation terms as the underlying paid track (see §4).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, infringe intellectual property, or disrupt events and services.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages from using our site, participating in events, or relying on our materials.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Belgian courts.
