1. Who we are

The personalised support card is a service of Manengo bv, Assestraat 11, 1790 Affligem, company number BE 0770.921.653, VAT BE 0770.921.653 ("Manengo", "we"). Contact: adriaan@manengo.be.

2. What the card is

A personalised card carrying an NFC chip and a QR code. When someone scans it, they reach a simple web page you control, showing a short message you wrote and one contact number. The card is a way to reach the family — it is not a tracking device and it does not follow the wearer's location.

3. What a finder sees

Only someone who physically scans the card reaches the page. They see: the name you put on the card, your short message, and one contact number. They do not see a home address, a medical file, a date of birth, or any history. Nothing about the wearer is broadcast or visible without a physical scan.

4. What the family receives — location sharing

The finder page offers a button to share the finder's current location with the family. This is optional and consent-based: it does nothing unless the finder taps it and their phone asks their permission. The wearer is never tracked; a location is only ever a one-off, finder-initiated share so the family knows where their loved one was found.

5. Data minimisation

We collect only what the service needs: the details you enter for the card page, and your order/contact details. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on the scan pages beyond an anonymous scan count. We never sell data. Location data of a vulnerable person is treated as sensitive and is not stored to build any profile.

6. Deletion and changes — on request, always

You can change the message or contact number, or have the page and card deactivated and all associated data deleted, at any time and for any reason. Email adriaan@manengo.be and we action it. This is in addition to your GDPR rights of access, rectification and erasure.

7. Price and payment

Prices are shown on the card page, including VAT for consumers. Basis is €34.95 and Set is €59.95, each including one year of the online service; the service then renews at €19.95/year (you can activate the renewal early, right after checkout, at a discounted €14.95/year). We remind you before any renewal, and you can cancel any time. Payment is via a secure payment link. We ask for your delivery address after payment.

8. Consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the card. Because the card is personalised to your specification (a name and message you choose), the law allows us to make an exception for the personalised item once production has started — but in practice, if you are not happy, contact us: see §9.

9. Refund guarantee

If the card or the online page is not delivered, or does not work as described, you get a full refund — no forms, no arguments. If you withdraw within 14 days and the personalised card has not yet been produced, you get a full refund. Email adriaan@manengo.be.

10. No guarantee of outcome

The card helps a finder reach you. It cannot guarantee that a person is found, that a finder scans the card, or that a phone has connectivity. It is one layer of help, not a medical or emergency service.

11. Law and disputes

Belgian law applies. Disputes are brought before the courts of the judicial district of Manengo bv's registered office; consumers may also rely on the courts designated by mandatory law.
